Christmas Delivery 

 

Christmas Day is Wednesday 25th December.

Last guaranteed delivery date is dispatch Monday 16th December

However we are open right up to Christmas day and will be dispatching gifts on business days throughout the holiday season.

Throughout the holiday period your gift should take 2 business days to arrive to an URBAN address, more for RURAL, but sorry we cannot 100% guarantee this due to courier delivery being out of our control. You will get tracking information with your order, so you can watch your parcels progress once in transit. 

 

  • We use New Zealand Couriers to deliver our parcels.
  • Christmas is a very busy time for couriers, you need to allow more days for your parcel to arrive.
  • Last guaranteed delivery date is dispatch Monday 16th December, after that you place your order at your own risk that it may not be delivered by the courier in time for Christmas Day.
  • Once your parcel is dispatched from us, you will receive a tracking email from NZ Couriers so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Urban Delivery  2 business days

Rural Delivery   4-5 business days

Sorry, we do not offer same day delivery.

 

Delivery Fee – Flat Rate $13.90 New Zealand Wide

 

Dispatch Time

If you order is placed after 1 pm NZ Time, it will be dispatched the following business day.

 

Pick ups

We are an online only business and do not allow pick-ups (our liquor licence doesn’t allow it).

 

Delivery Instructions

You have the option for your parcels to be sent with a ‘signature required’ request. This means that someone must be at home to sign for the parcel.

If you would prefer for the courier to leave the parcel, please tick the okay to be left box at checkout.  You can give us other instructions such as ‘at the back door’ or ‘under cover on the porch.’

We recommend you supply the recipient’s phone number, if possible, to assist with delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday.  We are closed weekends.

If you place an order on a weekend or NZ Public Holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Specific Delivery Date

You can select a delivery date – on our order form there is an “order notes”  area, please put your delivery date in there.

Please Note: We will try to dispatch your order with your desired date in mind. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. The couriers are doing their best, and we will do everything we can to get your gift there on time.

 

Tracking Your Order
The courier ticket number is emailed to you by New Zealand Couriers as soon as the gift has been sent.

If you have any courier queries relating to gifts that have already left our warehouse please contact the courier company associated with your order tracking details that have been emailed to you.

  • Extreme Weather events may cause delays to delivery times quoted above.
